We are required by law to attach a customs form to all packages going outside the USA. You may be charged an import or brokerage fee by your government in order to receive your package. Please check with you local post office if you have questions about the import laws of your country before you place an order. If you refuse a package due to import tax and it is returned to us we will refund your total order amount except for the shipping amount. We will pay to have the item(s) shipped back to us.

In the US we offer shipping via USPS Express Mail (arriving overnight to most areas), Priority Mail (arriving within 2-3 business days), and Parcel Post (arriving in 5-7 days). We ship internationally via USPS using Global Express (usually takes 3-5 business days), Airmail (usually takes 4-10 days) or economy(surface) (can take up to 6-8 weeks). We have the right to use an alternate shipping method to send your package as long as the transit time is the same. Please note that all Free Shipping Promotions apply to the mainland US only.

When you place your order with Orbit Earth Stores your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue to be processed. We strive for the fastest turnaround in the business. We process orders within 1 business day. However, many of our orders are shipped same day!! NOTE: During the Holidays, increased volume may cause an additional processing delay. If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place an order all you have to do is -

1. Add the product(s) to your cart
2. Press the checkout button

This will generate a shipping quote but will not place an order. If you would like to place the order simply continue the checkout process. If you decide not place an order simply press the "Back" button on your browser. Free Shipping applies to mainland US only. Almost all items qualify for free shipping. However, certain larger items may not. Items that don't qualify for Free Shipping will state so in the description.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Orbit Earth Stores for any reason, as long as the item remains in the same condition in which you received it, within 30 days you can ship it back to us at your own expense with the invoice. When we receive your item we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product, or send you a replacement. Please note that we will not accept back merchandise that has been worn, stained, used, or from which the original tags removed.

If your item is damaged in anyway when you receive it - you can return it to us with the invoice for a replacement - when we receive the damaged item back we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item and send you a replacement.

We suggest that you ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in delivery to us.
